Responsibility:
The Soldiers and Sailors Monument Board of Trustees conducts, maintains and operates the Monument for the benefit of the entire county, for community, civic, and patriotic purposes.

Qualifications:

The board shall consist of at least five but not more than eleven members, which shall, at all times, be so constituted that at least a majority of its members are honorably discharged veterans of the armed forces of the United States.
