Responsibility:
To provide policy direction for the Regional Transit Authority and to provide oversight of agency management's efforts to implement policy and run the day-to-day operation of the transit system. Board members work together to insure the RTA's success in achieving long-range goals and its credibility in the community.

Compensation for Members: $4,800

Public Meetings:
Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th floor Boardroom of the RTA main office.
