Responsibility:
The purpose of the Board of Library Trustees is to do all things it deems necessary for the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of the public library under its jurisdiction. The Board of Library Trustees is a seven member, policy-making board.

Qualifications:
Trustees shall be qualified electors of the County Library District and a resident of Cuyahoga County.

Public Meetings:
The Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Cuyahoga County Public Library Administration Building, 2111 Snow Rd.
