Responsibility:
The Cuyahoga Housing Consortium Review Board has authority to allocate federal affordable housing development funds under the Home Investments Partnerships Program (HOME program), under comprehensive plans for 54 out of 59 Cuyahoga County communities submitted annually to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. (The cities of Cleveland and East Cleveland submit separate plans and receive separate HOME program funding; 5 smaller communities do not participate in the funding).

Public Meetings:
Public meetings are held on the second Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 10:30 a.m., rotating among city halls or other public buildings provided by the five public bodies (4 cities and Cuyahoga County) represented on the Board.

The majority of the Boards and Commissions in Cuyahoga County are Citizen Policy Making and Advisory Boards and Commissions. All of these boards and commissions are governed by the laws and regulations that have authorized them. Members represent the specific mission of the boards or commission to which they have been appointed.
