The responsibility of the Cuyahoga Community College Board of Trustees is to provide advice and policy direction to the administration of the college in order to ensure that the college carries out its mission and meets the requirements of a comprehensive community college in an urban environment.

Trustees must be residents of Cuyahoga County (See Ohio Revised Code 3354.05).

Public Meetings:
The Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga Community College has established the fourth Thursday of every month as the principal place of business of the district as the meeting time and place. Meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. and are held at 700 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. The trustees meet at the major campus sites during the months of September through December of each year.
