Contracts and Purchasing Board

From September 2011 through April 2015, the Contracts and Purchasing Board served as the approval authority for all County contracts and purchases valued from $501 to $100,000. In April of 2015, the County Executive signed into law Council Ordinance O2015-0006 – the Board of Control Consolidation Act. In effect, this Ordinance dissolved the Contracts and Purchasing Board, and consolidated approval authority for all contracts and purchases valued from $501 to $500,000 under the Board of Control.
